In this special 1.5 hour FREE seminar at Gracie Jiu Jitsu Stockport (located in Marple town centre), you will get a brief orientation on the history of Gracie Jiu Jitsu and then you will learn several techniques from Gracie Combatives, the world’s leading Jiu Jitsu program for beginners.
No experience is necessary !
This special introductory session is aimed at complete beginners.
Everyone on the mat (apart from the instructors) will be here for their first ever
taste of Gracie Jiu Jitsu.
